VARICON Conveyor Metal Detector

VARICON Conveyor Metal Detector in food detects all types of metal contaminants (iron, non-ferrous metals, and stainless steel) – even when the contaminants are inside the product. It is designed for both packaged and unpackaged product forms.

The VARICON+ D series is designed for dry environments, while the VARICON+ W series is suitable for more rugged environments. The standard conveyor width ranges from 200 to 500 mm, and the frame height for detection ranges from 100 to 350 mm.

VARICON + Conveyor Metal Detector system is equipped with the GENIUS+ control unit and the GLS or C-SCAN GHF detection frame.
